I’m Chief Economist at ECIPE, Fellow at the Weatherhead Center of International Affairs at Harvard University, Associate Professor at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and College of Europe, and Consultant Economist at the World Bank. My areas of expertise include the transformation of globalization and its increasingly intangible nature, geopolitics, international trade and technology policy, and the political economy of the global economy.
